End Social Isolation
The Mind-Bridge app is a unified platform designed to reduce social isolation by connecting survivors and caregivers to adaptive therapeutic activities in their communities. Through an easy-to-use interface, users can explore programs like support groups, adaptive sports, food for healing, and art and music therapy. Mind-Bridge manages registration, scheduling, reminders, and community interaction, while also helping partner organizations track participation and outcomes. Built to support patients, caregivers, and communities, the Mind-Bridge app creates structure, connection, and belonging, right from your phone.

Our Upcoming Research
Our upcoming research will evaluate how evidence-based, adaptive therapeutic activities can reduce social isolation and improve recovery for people living with brain injury and epilepsy disorders. Using our activity-based support alongside the Mind-Bridge app, we will measure changes in social connection, quality of life, and engagement over time. By combining pre- and post-program questionnaires, participation data from the app, and survivor/caregiver feedback, this research will help us refine our model in Ohio and build a strong foundation for scaling the End Social Isolation Project nationwide.
